Book Tee Times in Japan

Tee time bookings for golf courses will call most bookings directly to the golf course to make your bookings. When making a booking by phone, I will ask them for getting various information about the golf course. In the case of bookings by phone, the golf course will not send me any confirmation email. On the contrary, I will call the golf course to confirm your tee times 2-3 weeks before you play. In some cases, bookings are made via the Internet. If I make a booking online, I, as the reservation agent, will receive a confirmation e-mail (in Japanese) by e-mail. In both cases, there is no confirmation email from the golf course for you, the player. I will send you a confirmation email that I have booked your tee times. Please save my confirmation email for future reference.

Please let me know the full name of everyone who will be playing so that I can register the names of the players who will be playing on your tee time with the golf course. I will inform the golf course of those names and have them registered. On the day of your golf outing, please register at the reception desk with your name. When you do so, please tell the staff of the course who you are and what time your tee time is, so that he at the reception desk will know who you are. Although I receive many inquiries from single golfers, I do not accept applications to play alone. This is because the golf course does not accept single golfers. Japan is currently experiencing a golf boom, and golf courses are finding it very difficult to get tee times. Usually they accept at least 3 or 4 golfers in a group, and many golf courses allow 2 golfers to play in combination with other guest players. If you still really want to play alone, you can play with two people, counting me in the count, "For golfers applying alone!"

You must pay any cancellation charges incurred. I will bill you via PayPal. This site will only accept tee times from golfers who are willing to pay the cancellation fee, if any. In case of cancellation, please notify me by email as soon as possible. Recently, more and more golf courses are set very high cancellation fees. Please note that in Japan, cancellations are not allowed even on rainy days. Once you have made a booking, no matter what happens, under any natural circumstances, please do not cancel and enjoy your golf game.

Commission for booking Tee times is charged. The commission fee for up to 4 people is 5,250 yen for one golf course, and 8,400 yen for two tee times. Please note that the fee for more than 5 people is different. The half round (9 holes) is calculated as one round. Please refer to the commission page for details. My commission will be invoiced 3 to 4 weeks before your tee times. Please note that if you do not pay your commission, your tee times will be cancelled. If you cancel your tee times after paying your commission, my commission will not be refunded.

Green Fees and lunch fees are to be paid directly to the golf course you. I will not receive them in advance and settle them with the golf course. You pay directly to the golf course by credit card or other means. There are two main types of fees that I will receive in advance. One, if you have ordered round-trip transfers between your hotel and the golf course, I will charge you for this in advance and pay the full amount to the transportation company you have contracted with in advance. Again, a cancellation fee may apply. For this round-trip transfer fee, I do not add any of my commission on top of the fee, but I do charge an additional PayPal transfer fee. One, as for my commission, you will be billed by PayPal 3-4 weeks in advance. Please note that this fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
