There are many golf courses in the area around Tokyo for about 1 hour and 30 minutes,but in order to enjoy golf in three rounds of golf,I'd like to recommend you to stay at a hotel in Chiba City or around Narita Airport,as there are many golf courses in Chiba prefecture with relatively warm even in winter.
I divided it into two planes, golf course for A plan and B plan!
I think that the golf course should be open to any level of golfers.The course of A plan is generally difficult and the degree of difficulty is quite high in some cases.
If you agree to divide the handicapper who plays golf into the next 4 handicappers, Only A plan is a recommended golf course for Low handicapper and Mid Handicapper golfers. A plan is the prestigious golf course, the price of the green fee is also higher.
The B plan's golf course will be a recommended golf course for any level. If you would like to feel free to round casual course, please select courses of B plan.

A & B plan for Mid: 80-95
B plan for high: 96-115
B plan for "Beginner": 116+

 Dynamic 45 hole, a hill course using nature as it is. Good access for about an hour from the city center! |  The clubhouse was designed by a British architect. It has an English style based on white. |  It is a good location for about 50 minutes from Hakozaki IC via Chiba Togane Road. It is a golf course of the 21st century which can enjoy a wide range from old age and ladies, beginners to veterans with a strategic nature. |

My recommended Hotels
I arrange golf rounds according to your itinerary.
However, when enjoying golf courses around Tokyo, Chiba, I recommend a hotel in the area around Chiba city, where the hotel is located near Narita, Tokyo. When you keep the hotel in Tokyo, you will get caught up in a considerable traffic jam when you get back to the hotel after golfing. Two hours and three hours are commonplace for you to return to the hotel in Tokyo.
3 or 4 nights lodging accommodation in hotels equivalent to 3 stars in Chiba city.

15:00 check in the hotel.
Free time after you check-in.
